Topping the list is 1333 E Valley Road in Montecito, which closed at $6,500,000. This 3-bedroom, 5-bathroom estate spans 2,759 square feet, reflecting continued strong demand for premier Montecito properties.

Also in Montecito, 820 Summit Road sold for $4,500,000. The 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom home rounds out a strong week for the neighborhood, with two of the three top sales landing there.

Rounding out the top three is 3876 Oak Terrace in Santa Barbara, which closed at $3,975,000. This 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home spans 2,522 square feet and was the top Santa Barbara sale of the week.
