While over-all transactions are down, sale prices are still very strong. This competitive sellers market is not going anywhere soon. The demand for homes is still above and beyond the available inventory. Now more than ever it’s vital to have an experienced negotiator on your team. 

In regards to total sales, Dec 2019 and Dec 2020 were two of the best months of each calendar year, it will be interesting to see how 2021 closes out.
